...of Insanity and Serenity Our story living with the ickyness of infertility and the uncertainty of domestic infant adoption
About Me
Jonelle
A 30 something wife with a wonderful husband living with infertility and the losses that come with it. We've made our peace with not trying anymore. Right now we are in the waiting stages of domestic infant adoption.
While most of my Facebook feed is being filled with my friends 'First day of school pics' of their kids. I decided to post of pic of by furkid. He might not be going to school, but he sure is cute :)
Aw, what a pretty kitty! I'm going to answer your question from my blog on your blog since I don't know where else to put it (and I didn't want it right there on my blog for everyone to see since I'm technically not supposed to blog about it). The child we were matched with is no longer available for adoption. We have a new referral now. So we're pushed back by a few months and are very sad that the little girl whose picture we've been staring at for months will never be ours :(
Sure, they have kids, but do their kids purr? Absolutely not. (And if they do, that's strange!) I feel you on the first day of school pictures. I'm having a hard time not putting a back pack on my yellow lab and posting one of him waiting for the bus. ;) Hi from ICLW!
Oh my God!! that could have been a pic of my cat! Have you seen The Dude on my blog? It's IDENTICAL!! Same big ears and green eyes and I hope yours is a gentle giant as mine. Love, Fran
Phil 4:6-7 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

What a gorgeous kitty.
BTW, an arachnaphobic tip, did you know that lemon juice sprayed along the openings (like windows and doors) will keep spiders away? It really works.
